In the end of 2019, all shareholders of Shanghai Sintang Industrial Co., Ltd. have made the decision, that a new company named Jiangsu Mingteng Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. will be established with the original shareholding percentage. So far business registration and the acquisition of 75,000 m² property land in Jiangsu province Yancheng city has been accomplished. The location is only 1 hour away from metropolis Shanghai by High-speed rail. The future plan is to build 55,000 m² of manufacturing buildings in 2020 and another 25,000 m² till end of 2022.

Mingteng Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. will be the full shareholder and parent company of Sintang Industrial Co., Ltd. In the next 3 years, Mingteng will seek for chances to acquire smaller manufacturers and retailers. In 2024, Mingteng will achieve IPO and become a manufacturing and trading cooperation mainly focusing on health, beauty, massage and medical treatments and products.
